AIM Rule 17 Notification

Wishbone Gold Plc (AIM: WSBN, AQSE: WSBN) announces the following additional
director disclosure provided pursuant to AIM Rule 17 of Schedule 2(g) of the
AIM Rules.

Richard Poulden, Chairman of Wishbone, was appointed a non-executive director
of NQ Minerals Limited ("NQ Minerals") on 2 July 2021. On 9 August 2021, NQ
Minerals Limited was placed into Administration by the directors of NQ
Minerals.

Mr Poulden joined the board to try and rescue NQ minerals and took no
remuneration from the company for so doing.
