Results of AGM

 

Wishbone Gold Plc held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today, Wednesday,
28(th) August 2024 and all resolutions, as follows, were passed:

1. The annual accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 and 31 December
2023 incorporating the Directors' Report were reviewed and approved.

2. Jonathan Harrison and David Hutchins were re-elected to serve a further
term as Directors of the Company.

3. AMS Limited was re-appointed as auditor to the Company for a further year
and the Directors were authorised to fix their remuneration.

Richard Poulden, Chairman, stated: "We are grateful to shareholders for their
continuing support and look forward to a series of announcements in the near
future which will update on existing and proposed projects."
