** Amusement parks operator's Q4 profit dropped 51.3% Y/Y to 110.1 mln rupees ($1.3 mln)

** Revenue fell 2.9% Y/Y to 967.8 mln rupees

** Trading vols at 223,141 shares, over 3x the 30-day average

** WOHL down ~10% YTD
