Swan Housing Association Completes Business Combination with Sanctuary

 

Swan Housing Association's Limited's business combination with Sanctuary has
completed, and Swan is a wholly owned and controlled subsidiary of Sanctuary
Housing Association. This follows the approval by the Boards of both
organisations in January 2023.

 

Resignation of Directors

 

Swan Housing Association Limited as Shareholder of Swan Housing Capital plc
('the Company') wish to announce that Paul Phillips and Elizabeth Sipiere have
resigned from the Board of the Company effective 8 February 2023. Paul
Phillips and Elizabeth Sipiere do not hold any shares in the Company which is
a wholly owned subsidiary of Swan Housing Association Limited.
