Worldsec Limited is pleased to announce that Mr. Stephen Lister d'Anyers Willis will be appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company with effect from 3rd June 2019. Mr Willis has also been appointed to the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
Stephen Willis has been involved with the financial industry in Asia for over 35 years firstly with Standard Chartered Bank and subsequently with the Asian specialist stockbroker, Vickers da Costa and a number of other investment banking firms. In 2011, Mr. Willis founded Stelisdan Research Services to provide equity research to high net worth investors whose assets are managed by Private Wealth Managers. This covers all aspects of investment strategy, economics and individual company research.
 
The Company's Chairman Alastair Gunn-Forbes said:
