    ** Says top shareholder, Dubai-based infrastructure group
Sidara, sold about 19% stake via a block trade
    ** Sidara stake sale worth about A$1.63 bln ($1.07 bln)
based on WOR's last closing price of A$16.310
    ** WOR down 6.6% this year as of last close
