Worthington Steel in talks to buy Germany's Kloeckner & Co
FRANKFURT, Dec 6 (Reuters) - U.S.-based Worthington Steel WS.N is in negotiations with German metals trader Kloeckner & Co KCOGn.DE about a potential voluntary takeover bid, the two companies said on Saturday. "No investment decision has been made now and the discussions may not result in a transaction," Worthington Steel said. Kloeckner & Co has a current market capitalisation of 605 million euros ($704 million).
