CFO Transition Update

Further to the announcement on 8 November 2022, concerning John Rogers'
decision to step down as Chief Financial Officer of WPP and the appointment of
Joanne Wilson as his successor, WPP today announces that Joanne will join the
Board and become CFO designate on 19 April 2023. She will succeed John as CFO
immediately following the announcement of the Company's 2023 First Quarter
Trading Update, at which point John will stand down as a Director of the
Company. John will remain available until later this year and will work with
Joanne to transition responsibilities.
