Simon Dingemans - External Appointment

WPP today announces that Simon Dingemans, Non-Executive Director will be
appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Vodafone Group Plc (LSE: VOD) with
effect from 1 January 2025 and join the Audit & Risk Committee.

This disclosure is being made pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's
