Dec 11 (Reuters) - Xinjiang Xinxin Mining Industry Co Ltd  3833.HK : 
 * On 2 December 2015, the company, as a guarantor, entered into the guarantee agreement in favour of the bank 
 * Pursuant to deal co agreed to provide guarantee to the bank up to RMB25 million in respect of RMB50 million loan granted by the bank 
 * Says provision of the guarantee will facilitate Hami Hexin meeting its financial needs
