U.S. stock futures edged higher on Friday and pointed to weekly gains for major
indexes, ahead of results from Goldman Sachs, which is expected to round out a
strong third-quarter earnings season for big banks.  .N 
    At 7:00 a.m. ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.42% at 34,930. S&P 500
e-minis  ESc1  were up 0.32% at 4,443.25, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were
up 0.28% at 15,079.
