** Mining equipment maker's shares  XRF.AX  rise as much as
33.3% to A$0.220, their biggest intraday pct gain since June
2008
    ** Company's Q3 profit before tax jumps 39% to A$986,000,
helped by performance of all divisions  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nFWN2C5003
    ** Says qtrly revenue rose 2% to A$6.9 mln ($4.40 mln)
    ** Does not provide outlook for June qtr due to
coronavirus-induced uncertainty
    ** XRF hits 6-week high; nearly 790,000 shares change hands,
compared with the 30-day avg volume of ~271,300 shares
    ** Shares down 28.3% this year, as of last close
