Australia's XRF Scientific hits record high on March-quarter results

** Shares of Australia's XRF Scientific Ltd  XRF.AX  rise as
much as 10.2% to a record high of A$1.185  
    ** Stock set to mark best day since Aug. 23, 2022, if
current gains hold   
    ** Chemical and equipment manufacturer posts March-quarter
profit before tax of A$2.8 mln ($1.90 mln), compared with an
year-ago profit of A$2.2 mln  
    ** Says revenue came in at A$13.5 mln, compared with A$9.4
mln a year ago
    ** Co expects June quarter to be positive for all divisions
    ** XRF up 24.3% this year, as of last close
