July 2 
    ** The Internet of Things firm sells its unit Nanotron
Technologies GMBH to indoor intelligence co Inpixon  INPX.O

    ** Stock hits highest since Sept 16, and on track for a
second consecutive session of gains 
    ** About 2.2 mln shares change hands compared with a 30-day
average of 983,699 shares
