Director / PDMR Shareholding

 

Xtract Resources (AIM:XTR) announces that it was today informed that on the
same date, Colin Bird, Executive Chairman of Xtract, acquired 3,000,000
ordinary shares of 0.02p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of
0.575p per share. Following this transaction, Colin Bird is interested in
19,745,149 Ordinary Shares representing 2.31% of the existing issued share
capital.
