The Board of Xtract Resources Plc ("Xtract" or the "Company") announces that
Peter Moir has resigned as a director of the Company with effect from 31
December 2021.

 

The information contained within this announcement is deemed by the Company to

(EU) No. 596/2014 as it forms part of UK Domestic Law by virtue of the
