    * Says Yamada SXL Home Co Ltd, which will be a wholly owned
unit
of the company effective Sept. 1, will merge with other three
companies (including a wholly owned unit of the company and two
wholly owned units of Yamada SXL Home)
    * Merger effective Oct. 1
    * Says the other three companies will be dissolved after the
