Sept 21 (Reuters) - Yamau Co Ltd 5284.T :
* Says it plans to set up a joint venture which will be
mainly engaged in produce and sale of concrete products, in
Kumamoto, jointly with another concrete producer, on Oct. 3
* Says JV with registered capital of 30 million yen and the
co will hold a 90 percent stake in it
