** Data management company Yext's  YEXT.N  shares fall
nearly 12% to $4.43 in after-hours trading
    ** Company reports Q1 revenue of $95.9 mln vs analyst
estimates of $96.3 mln; excluding items, posts earnings of 5
cents per share, missing estimates of 6 cents - LSEG data
    ** Sees Q2 revenue between $98 mln-$98.4 mln, vs ests of
$98.4 mln; adj EPS in the range of 2-3 cents, below ests of 9
cents
    ** Expects FY2025 revenue in the range of $394 mln-$396 mln,
below ests of $400 mln; adj EPS of 35 cents-36 cents, vs ests of
35 cents 
    ** Separately, YEXT announces proposed deal to acquire
Hearsay Systems, a  digital client engagement company for
financial services, for $125 mln
    ** Stock has fallen 14.4% YTD
