    * Says it will buy 23 million and 42.9 million shares of two 
companies at T$758.8 million in total from Yieh United Steel 
 9957.TWO  
    * Says it will hold 79.5 percent and 99 percent stake in the 
two companies after acquisition 
    * Says Yieh United Steel  9957.TWO  will hold 16.1 percent 
and 0 percent stake in the two companies after sale
