** U.S. firm Caerus Oil and Gas is exploring a sale that
could value the private equity-owned natural gas producer at
more than $2.5 billion, including debt, people familiar with the

** The core operations of NMC, the largest private
healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), exited

** Ireland's Hibernia REIT HBRN.I said that its board
unanimously recommended shareholders accept a 1.09 billion euro
($1.20 billion) takeover bid by a subsidiary of Canada's

** Canada's telecommunications regulator said it has
conditionally approved Rogers Communications Inc's RCIb.TO

said it plans to sell a 35% stake in unit Olam Agri to Saudi
