acquisitions and disposals were reported by 10:00 GMT on
Wednesday:
    
    ** Japan's Yokohama Rubber  5101.T  is in talks to buy
Goodyear Tire & Rubber's  GT.O  off-road tyre business for at

    ** BNP Paribas  BNPP.PA  has entered into a comprehensive
partnership agreement with Mistral AI covering all of its

Wednesday it has agreed to sell its 30.2% stake in U.S. energy
infrastructure company Tallgrass Energy to U.S. investment firm

    ** Saudi Arabia has raised a total of $12.35 billion from a
