** Trump Media & Technology shares DJT.O gain 4.40% after company strikes deal with blank-check firm Yorkville Acquisition Corp. YORK.O and Crypto.com

** The deal creates a digital asset treasury company that will fetch $6.42 billion to acquire the CRO crypto token

** Venture to be funded with $1 billion in CRO, $200 million in cash, $220 million in warrants and a $5 billion equity line of credit from an entity tied to Yorkville

** Shares of the CRO-focused treasury company will trade under the ticker symbol “MCGA” on the Nasdaq

** Yorkville shares down 2.62%

** Crypto token Cronos jumps 21.7%, per CoinGecko data
