Appointment of Non-Executive Directors

 

YouGov, the international research and data analytics group, announces the following Independent Non-Executive Director appointments to the Board of Directors with effect from 5 September 2025.

 

Belinda Richards joins the Board as Senior Independent Director and joins the Audit & Risk, Remuneration and Nomination Committees. Belinda has extensive financial and strategy experience from a thirty-year career in financial services. She was formerly a senior partner at Deloitte LLP specialising in business operations and strategy development with a particular focus on the financial services and consumer products sectors. Belinda is currently Senior Independent Director of the Monks Investment Trust plc and Olam Food Ingredients UK Limited, and has previously served on the boards of Phoenix Group Holdings PLC, Avast plc, Schroder Japan Growth Fund plc, WM Morrison Supermarkets plc and the Youth Sport Trust. 

 

Ian Griffiths joins the Board as a Non-Executive Director and joins the Audit & Risk, Remuneration and Nomination Committees. Ian is currently a Non-Executive Director on BBC Commercial Ltd, an Independent Non-Executive Director for Stanley Gibbons Baldwins Ltd and an Independent Adviser to Dojo. Ian Griffiths was Deputy CEO and CFO of market intelligence agency Kantar from 2020 to 2022. Before that Ian was CFO and COO of ITV plc for more than 10 years and before that CFO of EMAP plc. He was previously a Senior Adviser to Bain Capital Private Equity (Europe) LLP.
