Following the purchase of shares:

Ian Griffiths, Chair, is beneficially interested in a total of 50,000 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.

Stephan Shakespeare, Chief Executive Officer, is beneficially interested in a total of 2,028,128 shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.72% of the Company's issued share capital.
