Directorate Change

YouGov, the international research and data analytics group, announces that
Shalini Govil-Pai has informed the Board of her intention to step down as
Non-Executive Director following the end of her three-year term, due to
additional time requirements arising from her other business commitments. This
change will take effect from today's date.

 

Shalini was appointed to the Board of Directors in February 2023 and has
served as member of the Board's Remuneration and Nomination Committees during
her tenure. Shalini is based in the US where she serves as General Manager and
Vice President of TV at Google. Additionally, she is an Independent Director
on the board of Prime Focus Limited, a Fortune India 500 company.

 

Shalini Govil-Pai commented: "The strength of YouGov lies in its comprehensive
product and services portfolio, built on its unparallelled data asset and a
strong reputation. I wish Ian, Stephan, the Board and the entire YouGov team
