Result of AGM

 

YouGov, the international research and data analytics group, announces that at
today's Annual General Meeting all resolutions were duly passed. This included
the approval of the Company's dividend of 6.0 pence per share which will be
paid on 13 December 2021 to all shareholders on the register at 3 December
2021.
