Statement regarding media speculation

YouGov, the international research and data analytics group, notes the recent
press speculation regarding a potential acquisition of GfK SE's European
consumer panel business and confirms that it is in advanced stages of
discussions and is considering an equity issue(1) to partly fund the
acquisition.

 

There can be no certainty that a transaction will take place nor as to the
terms on which any transaction may occur. A further announcement will be made
in due course, if appropriate.

 

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of the market
abuse regulation (EU No. 596/2014) as it forms part of United Kingdom domestic
