    * company entered into subscription agreement with 
subscriber 
    * gross proceeds from subscription are expected to be hk$95 
million in aggregate 
    * deeal for subscription price of hk$0.38 per subscription 
share 
    * an application has been made by company to stock exchange 
for resumption of trading in shares with effect from 9:00 a.m. 
On 14 nov 2016 
    * Pursuant to deal subscriber has conditionally agreed to 
subscribe for 250 million new shares 
    * Subscriber is Yue Da Group
