    * Group will record a net loss of approximately rmb1,086 
million from Zall Investment 
    * Board is of view that investment loss will not adversely 
affect group's operating financial positions 
    * Investment loss relates to change in fair value of group's 
investment in Zall Group which are volatile in nature
