 * Connected transaction - disposal of a subsidiary  2098.HK  
 * Vendor entered into the agreement with the purchaser 
 * Purchaser agreed to purchase the equity interest in Zall football club free from all encumbrances 
 * Deal for consideration of RMB20.6 million 
 * Says consideration shall be settled in cash within 90 days after the date of the agreement 
 * Group expects to recognise a gain of approximately RMB30.5 mln from the disposal
