March 31 (Reuters) - Zall Development Group Ltd  2098.HK : 
 * Announcement of annual results for the year ended 31 December 2015  2098.HK  
 * In 2015, net profit amounted to approximately RMB2.04 billion for the year, 
   representing an increase of 29.6% 
 * No final dividend proposed after the end of reporting period of 2014 and 2015 
 * FY revenue RMB1.03 billion versus RMB1.99 billion 
 * Expected that the number of merchant users of zallgo will increase" 
 * Expected that turnover of property transactions and logistics services will
