Annual Report and Accounts and notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have
been posted to shareholders. The AGM will be held at Governor's House, 5
Laurence Pountney Hill, London EC4R 0BR on 24 November 2022 at 3 p.m. (GMT).
