Posting of Notice of AGM

Zanaga Iron Ore Company Limited (AIM:ZIOC) confirms that following the posting
of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 in July,
notice of its forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has today been posted
to shareholders.

The AGM will take place on 19 December 2025 at 10:00 a.m. (GMT) at the offices
of Simmons & Simmons LLP, City Point, 1 Ropemaker Street, London, EC2Y
9SS.

Both the Annual Report and Accounts and the notice of AGM are available to

low-impurity iron ore, utilising low operating costs and an efficient slurry
pipeline to the port.

In light of the changes in the world's economy and the increasing demand for
low-carbon steel production, the Zanaga Project is well-positioned to become
one of the largest producers of high-grade premium DRI pellet feed iron ore
concentrate.
