Results of AGM
Zanaga Iron Ore Company Limited ("ZIOC" or the "Company") (AIM:ZIOC) announces the following outcome of the resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting of shareholders held on Tuesday 16 August 2016. All resolutions were taken on a Poll in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association.
Resolution 1: To receive and adopt the Company's financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2015 together with the Directors' report and Auditors' report on those accounts.
