** Italy's De Agostini group has agreed to sell its alternative investment business to Green Arrow Capital, exiting the sector after 15 years as part of a broader rebalancing of its investment portfolio, the two companies said. nL1N3TX0IG
** Blackstone BX.N plans to acquire major Japanese engineering staffing firm TechnoPro Holdings 6028.T for about 500 billion yen ($3.39 billion), the Nikkei business daily reported.

** Lufthansa LHAG.DE has abandoned its plan to bid for a stake in Spanish airline Air Europa, a spokesperson for the German group said on Tuesday, only a week after Air France-KLM AIRF.PA announced it was also dropping out of the process. nL8N3TX10L
