Swiss stocks - Factors to watch on January 14

ZURICH/BERLIN, Jan 14 (Reuters) - Here are some of the main
factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Friday:
Partners Group PGHN.S
The private markets firm said it expected to raise $22
billion to $26 billion this year thanks to sustained client
demand, strong underlying portfolio performance, and a robust
pipeline of investment opportunities.

COMPANY STATEMENTS
* Sonova SOON.S said it was acquiring Alpaca Audiology in
the U.S. for $310 million on a cash and debt free basis,
financing the acquisition through the existing cash balance.

* Adecco ADEN.S said Gaelle de la Fosse would become its
new president of LHH, joining Adecco's executive committee.

* Zehnder Group ZEHN.S said it increased sales by 13% in
the 2021 financial year to 697.2 million euros. ZEHN.S
* CPH Group CPHN.S said it expected an impairment loss on
fixed assets from paper production of 150 million Swiss francs
for 2021, which it said would not affect its liquidity. CPHN.S
* Cicor Technologies CICN.S said it completed a mandatory
convertible bond offering, resulting in an issuance volume of 20

* Relief Therapeutics RLFB.S responded to a lawsuit filed
by NRx Pharmaceuticals seeking $185 million in reliance damages
as well as further damages from Relief Therapeutics, with the
Swiss firm saying "Relief continues to believe that the
collaboration agreement between the parties with respect to
aviptadil remains in full force and effect, and that NeuroRx,
