       April 24 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on
Wednesday:

        ** Brazilian oil and gas companies Eneva  ENEV3.SA  and
PetroReconcavo  RECV3.SA  are discussing a potential merger,
local newspaper Valor Economico reported, citing sources
familiar with the matter.

        ** Ithaca Energy  ITH.L  has agreed to buy nearly all
Eni's  ENI.MI  UK oil and gas producing assets for about 754
million pounds ($938.3 million) in stock, as it looks to become
one of the biggest independent energy companies in the North
Sea.

    ** Korean Air  003490.KS  is in talks over the purchase of
at least 10 Boeing  BA.N  777X jetliners in a potential tilt
back towards its traditional U.S. supplier after placing a major
order with European rival Airbus  AIR.PA , two industry sources
said.

    ** Link Administration's  LNK.AX  investors approved
Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group's  8306.T  A$1.2 billion ($781.68
million) buyout bid at a shareholder meeting .

    ** Abu Dhabi state-controlled fund ADQ is acquiring a 49%
stake in Australian infrastructure investor Plenary Group, the
two companies announced  in a deal Australian media reported was
worth around A$1 billion dollars ($651 million).

    ** China's Zhaojin Mining Industry  1818.HK  said  that its
A$733 million ($477.8 million) offer to buy Australia's Tietto
Minerals  TIE.AX  has become unconditional.

denied  a media report saying it is considering merging its
naphtha cracker business with rival Lotte Chemical  011170.KS .

was not in discussions with industrial conglomerate Seven Group
Holdings  SVW.AX  over a potential takeover of the waste
