Announcement On Election Of Employee Director

The term of office of the sixth session of the board of directors (the
"Board") of Zhejiang Yongtai Technology Co., Ltd. (the "Company") has expired.
According to relevant provisions such as the Company Law and the Articles of
Association, Mr. Zhang Zhengqiu was elected as the employee representative
director of the seventh session of the Board at the first employee
representative meeting of the seventh session of the Board of the Company.The
election results have been made public with no objections.Together with the
eight directors elected at the first extraordinary general meeting of the
Company in 2025, they form the seventh session of the Board of the Company,
whose term of office is the same as that of the eight directors elected at the
general meeting. Please refer to the appendix for the biographies of the
employee representative director.

Mr. Zhang Zhengqiu, the employee representative director, meets the
qualifications and conditions for directorship as stipulated in the Company
Law and Articles of Association. This election will not result in the number
of directors who also serves as senior management and directors appointed by
employee representatives accounting for more than half of the total number of
directors.

Appendix: Biographies

Mr. Zhang Zhengqiu

Chinese nationality, without permanent residency abroad, born in September
1964, college degree, engineer. From 1981 to 1999, he served in the quality
inspection department of Huangyan Pesticide Factory; from 1999 to September
2010, he served at the Company and held positions such as quality manager,
deputy general manager, and chairman of trade union; from October 2010 to
November 2012, he engaged in personal trading activities; from December 2012
to July 2019, he served as the EHS director and deputy general manager of the
Company; from July 2019 to July 2025, he served as the chairman of the
supervisory board of the Company. He currently serves as the director of the
Company, director of the bidding office, and general manager of Zhejiang
Yongtai New Material Co., Ltd.

As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Zhang Zhengqiu holds 248,403 shares
of the Company, has no relationship with the Company or its controlling
shareholders, de facto controller and other shareholders holding more than 5%
shareholding and their de facto controllers, directors and senior management,
has not been punished by the CSRC or any other relevant authorities and
disciplinary actions by the stock exchanges, does not have any case of
investigation commenced by the judicial authorities for alleged crimes or
investigations by the CSRC for alleged violation of laws and regulations for
which definitive conclusions are pending, is not a dishonest person subject to
enforcement, and complies with the Company Law, the Rules Governing the
Listing of Stocks on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the Guidelines for
Self-Regulation of Listed Companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 1 －
Standard Operation of Listed Companies on Main Board, and other relevant laws
and regulations, as well as the qualifications and conditions for appointment
stipulated under the Articles of Association.
