 * Discloseable transaction in relation to the acquisition of property in the 
prc  0899.HK  
 * Purchaser has agreed to purchase and vendor has agreed to sell the property 
for an initial consideration of RMB101.6 million 
 * Purchaser, being an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, entered 
into the third acquisition agreement with the vendor 
 * Consideration is intended to be funded by internal resources of the group
