Loan Agreement
Ten Alps, trading as Zinc Media, the TV and multimedia content producer, announces that Herald Investment Trust plc ("Herald"), a substantial shareholder of the Company and a holder of certain of Ten Alps' long term debt obligations, has agreed to extend the 750,000 short-term unsecured loan note (the "Loan") held by it. The Loan, details of which were originally announced on 8 February 2016, will be extended for a further term of six months. All other terms remain unchanged.
