Result of GM and Change of Name
Further to its announcements of 27 October 2016, Ten Alps, trading as Zinc Media, the TV and multimedia content producer, confirms that at the general meeting held earlier today (the "General Meeting") all resolutions were duly passed. Matters proposed at the General Meeting included a resolution to change the name of the Company. It is expected that trading in the Company's shares on AIM under the new name Zinc Media Group plc and the new TIDM code 'ZIN' will commence with effect from 16 November 2016. Share certificates in respect of the ordinary shares of the Company will continue to be valid.
