Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

Zinc Media Group plc (AIM: ZIN), the award-winning television, brand and audio
production group, will announce its results for the year ended 31 December
2024 on Wednesday 30 April 2025.

Following publication, Zinc will host an investor presentation the same day,
details of which are set out below.

Investor Presentations

Chief Executive Officer, Mark Browning and Chief Financial Officer, Will
Sawyer will host a live presentation on the Engage Investor platform, on 30
April 2025, at 09:00am BST.

Zinc welcomes all current shareholders and interested investors to join and
encourages investors to pre-submit questions. Investors can also submit
questions at any time during the live presentation.
