Ten Alps, trading as Zinc Media, the TV and multimedia content producer, todayannounces that Mark Wood,Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"), has notified the Board of his decision to step down as CEO and as a Company Director with immediate effect, which was accepted. Mark will continue to act as an advisor to the Board.
The Company has no immediate intentions to appoint a new CEO. Peter Bertram, Chairman, will spend more time in the business and David Galan, Chief Financial Officer, will take on additional responsibilities.
