Zinc Media Group plc, the TV and multimedia content producer, announces that Harry Bell, Executive Director, purchased 1,246,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") today, 9 November 2018, at a price of 0.4p per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase of Ordinary Shares, Harry is holding a total of 39,800,803 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.80 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
