PDMR Shareholding
Zinc Media Group plc, the TV and multimedia content producer, announces that Simon Gerra, Head of TV Finance and a PDMR of the Company, purchased 300,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") yesterday, 27 March 2017, at a price of 1.065p per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase of Ordinary Shares, which represent Simon's entire shareholding in Zinc Media, Simon is holding 0.05 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
