Zinnwald Lithium plc ('Zinnwald Lithium' or the 'Company')

Strong Support from German Federal Government

Zinnwald Lithium plc, the European focused lithium company developing the
integrated Zinnwald Lithium Project ("the Project") in Germany, is pleased to
report that the German Federal Government has confirmed its support for the
Project, noting its alignment with Germany's strategic raw materials
priorities, and will advocate for its recognition at European level. This
builds on the strong support already received from the State of Saxony.

Parliamentary State Secretary Stefan Rouenhoff from the Federal Ministry for
Economic Affairs and Climate Protection visited the site on 12 December as
part of a political raw materials tour to review progress and discuss ways to
accelerate feasibility and approval processes. Discussions also covered
opportunities linked to the new European RESourceEU action plan, which aims to
speed up financing and permitting for critical raw material projects.

Stefan Rouenhoff said: "The German economy depends on a reliable supply of raw
materials and secure supply chains. They are the basic prerequisite for
industrial value creation in our country. Increasing geopolitical tensions are
putting pressure on business and politics to make further joint efforts at
national and European level to secure the supply of raw materials. The
National Raw Materials Fund, the Critical Raw Materials Act and the RESourceEU
approach, which includes plans for a European centre for critical raw
materials, will improve the framework conditions for strategic raw materials
projects.

"The project in Zinnwald could also benefit from this. In any case, the
project impressively demonstrates that modern extraction of strategic raw
materials is possible in Germany, Rouenhoff continued. With regard to the
ongoing application phase for the CRMA, he promised that the federal
government would advocate for the recognition of Zinnwald Lithium as a CRMA
project."

State Secretary of Saxony Dr Andreas Handschuh classified the Project as one
of the State's long-term goals: "Saxony has a long tradition of mining. It is
wise and in our interest to build on this tradition and utilise existing
sources of raw materials. Committed companies such as Zinnwald Lithium GmbH
are crucial in this regard. This is because the development of domestic raw
materials strengthens Saxony as a business location and, at the same time,
ensures greater independence and sovereignty in the supply of raw materials to
key industries in Germany and Europe. In view of the difficult geopolitical
situation and restrictive trade policies, domestic raw material extraction is
more important than ever."

Andreas Scheel from the Saxon State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Labour,
Energy and Climate Protection added: "Europe, Germany and Saxony must do
everything they can to achieve independence from raw materials. Without
secure, predictable access to raw materials, the transformation of our
industry will stall. We must protect the competitiveness of Saxony as a
business location and give companies the prospect that investments can also be
implemented within a reliable timeframe.

"The challenges of the coming years are enormous - from industrial
restructuring and supply chain risks to geopolitical tensions. "This is
precisely why we need responsibly developed projects such as Zinnwald Lithium,
which utilise regional expertise, keep value creation in the state and make
Europe's industry more independent."

Zinnwald continues to advance work streams required ahead of commencing a
Feasibility Study and Environmental and Social Impact Assessment, alongside
technical and logistical planning, to support data driven decision making and
responsible project development.
