NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PDMR

13 May 2025 - The Company has received notification from the Share Incentive Plan ('SIP') Trustee (MUFG Corporate Markets Trustees (UK) Limited) that on 12 May 2025 the following Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) became beneficially interested in the number of ordinary shares of 5 pence in the Company under the Zotefoams Share Incentive Plan as detailed below. The shares were purchased at a price of £2.61 per share.

 

The table sets out the number of shares purchased and the number of matching shares that were allocated for nil consideration.
