NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PDMR

14 July 2025 - The Company has received notification from MUFG Corporate Markets Trustees (UK) Limited, the Trustee of the Company's Share Incentive Plan (the 'SIP'), that on 11 July 2025 the following Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities became beneficially interested in the number of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company under the SIP as detailed below. The shares were purchased at a price of £3.16 per share.

 

The table sets out the number of shares purchased and the number of matching shares that were allocated for nil consideration.
