The Company has received notification from MUFG Corporate Markets Trustees (UK) Limited, the Trustee of the Company's Share Incentive Plan (the 'SIP'), that on 11 December 2025 the following Director and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities became beneficially interested in the number of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company under the SIP as detailed below. 'Partnership shares' were purchased at a price of £3.995 per share.

 

The table sets out both the number of partnership shares purchased and the number of matching shares that were allocated for nil consideration.
